How do your weekly sprints work?

We find that the best outcomes stem from communication and iteration. Since no-code development is based on building blocks, it's important for us to work with you very closely as we build out your new tools and systems. To that end, we aim to have 2-3 weekly meetings - a one-hour meeting on Monday or Tuesday, and then one or two 30-minute meetings later in the week to ensure we're developing efficiently and in line with your vision. Whether we have two or three meetings per week depends on the project stage - earlier in the discovery period we will have three meetings per week to accelerate alignment. Later in the process, we will focus that time on developing your tools, but still meet twice per week.

The first week of all sprints is typically dedicated primarily to discovery and basic database structuring. We will discover your business' workflows and develop an execution plan to bring your vision to life.

After that, our path varies widely depending on the project. We'll figure out what integrations you need, what automations will save you time, and how to best minimize maintenance needs on the tools we build after the project is complete.

I want to build fast. Do you offer fractional CTO / COO packages?

We offer some custom packages based your needs, but we are selective with expanding our work scope too far beyond what we'd offer in a weekly or monthly agreement.

The reason is due to the iteration-driven nature of no-code development. It requires a lot of input from the customer which fuels development items on our side. Therefore, unless you're willing to commit to a lot of time working with us to ensure development deliverables are unblocked, we are hesitant to offer more development work in a given week than we do with our pre-configured packages.

There are always exceptions! If you want a lot of development work done in a short time, please contact us and we will inform you what we think is best to achieve your goals.

What does your maintenance contract cover?

A maintenance contract includes a weekly 30-minute call to ensure your product is functioning properly. It also covers up to one hour of debugging per week*. Additionally, during your maintenance contract, enjoy a 10% discount on any additional implementation you sign on to as your business grows and evolves with automation.

*If something breaks and it is our fault, there is no cap to the time and resources we will spend to make it right as quickly as possible.

I want a tool that isn't mentioned on the site. Can you build it?

The honest answer is we don't know, but probably! Airtable is extremely customizable and you can build almost anything within it. If we can't build it in Airtable, we will tell you if we can build it with other software, or point you in the right direction to get the help you need!

What if I don't like the tool that you build?

We spend time during the discovery period to ensure that we understand your needs and desires. Our goal is to make your vision a reality, and if we're unable to bring that to life, we will work tirelessly to adapt what we have built to reach your standards.
